I forgot to uncheck this while updating my video driver. I already had Realtec HD audio driver installed which worked fine. Now since I installed the GeForce audio I have no sound. I've removed both drivers multiple times and reinstalled the Realtec. nothing. The GeForce audio driver kept reinstalling itself which was a real pain in the ass. So after working through a bunch of different form of updates from Nvidia graphic drivers to windows updates and what not, the solution was to uninstall an Audio driver/ program called Realtec (I uninstalled it from the control panel/programs).
