The popups do not happen in Firefox.Many of these popup start with the url and then they readdress to another website.Sometimes Norton blocks the site it is redirected to.I am running Windows 10. I have Norton as an anti-virus. I ran Malewarebytes and it did not find anything. I have no odd Chrome extensions. I have uninstalled and re-installed Chrome. This did not help.
