เรื่องของเรื่องก็คือ มีพี่ที่นับถือท่านนึง วานให้ช่วยหาโปรแกรม ที่ใช้พิมพ์ข้อความ เพื่อติดต่อสื่อสารกัน ภายในวงแลนให้สักหน่อย (เอ็มเอสเอ็นกะแคมฟร็อกไม่เอา)อันที่จริง ที่ที่ผมทำงานอยู่ ผมได้ดาวน์โหลด RealPopup มาประจำการอยู่ครับ ซึ่งโดยทั่วๆไปก็ทำงานได้ดี แต่บางวันก็มีอาการมึนงงบ้างเล็กน้อย แต่โปรแกรมตัวนี้ พี่ท่านบอกว่าเคยลองใช้แล้ว ไม่ค่อยประทับใจเท่าไร อืมมม...ผมเองก็ไม่ค่อยประทับใจเหมือนกัน เพียงแต่ยังไม่มีอารมณ์เปลี่ยนเท่านั้นแหละ วันนี้ก็เลยถือโอกาส ค้นหาโปรแกรมตัวใหม่ๆมาลองซะเลยขอนอกเรื่อง(เดียวกัน)หน่อยนะครับ (ตามประสาคนชอบเขียน) คือที่ออฟฟิชผมนี่ ได้ติดตั้งระบบ "โทรศัพท์ตู้สาขา" เป็นที่เรียบร้อย เกือบทุกโต๊ะของพนักงาน สามารถยกหูโทรศัพท์ถึงกันได้ทั่ว ผมเลยหันมามองที่โปรแกรมติดต่อสื่อสาร ที่ผมติดตั้งไว้ในระบบแลน อืมมม...สงสัยต้อง Uninstall ออกซะบ้าง ทั้ง RealPopup ที่ใช้พิมพ์ข้อความโต้ตอบกัน และยังมี OfficeIntercom ที่ใช้ไมค์พูดคุยกันด้วย (ใจหายเล็กน้อย ฮ่าๆ )แต่...พอเอาเข้าจริงๆ ของเดิมผมก็ไม่ได้เอาออกสักอย่างหรอกครับ บางอารมณ์ พนักงานอาจจะต้องการปรึกษาเงียบๆ ก็ยังคงพิมพ์ผ่าน RealPopup มาหาผมอยู่ บางทีทำคอมไป ยกหูโทรศัพท์ไป ก็ไม่ค่อยสะดวกนัก การใช้ OfficeIntercom พูดคุยถามตอบผ่านไมค์และลำโพง ก็ยังต้องใช้งานเหมือนเดิมครับอ่ะ...เข้าเรื่อง ไปที่เว็บนี้ครับ //www.lanmessenger.com แนะนำให้อ่านครับ ถึงแม้ภาษาอังกฤษจะไม่ค่อยแข็งแรง แต่ผมว่าภาษาพวกนี้คล้ายๆกัน เจอบ่อยๆ ค้นดิกออนไลน์ทีละคำสองคำ ถึงจะแปลตรงๆไม่ได้ แต่ผมว่าน่าจะเข้าใจได้ในระดับนึงครับ (ขนาดผม การศึกษาแค่ชิวๆ ยังคลำไปคลำมาได้เล้ย...)รู้ข้อดีข้อเสียแล้ว ก็ดาวน์โหลดลงมาได้เลย แล้วติดตั้งตามวิธีการปกติทั่วไป เป็นรุ่นทดลองใช้ 30 วันครับ แต่ถ้าใครอยากใช้นานๆ ก็ลองไปค้นหายาแก้ไอในกูเกิ้ลเอาได้ครับ มีแน่ๆ เพราะผมไปเอามาแล้ว แหะๆ...เมื่อเปิดโปรแกรมครั้งแรก โปรแกรมจะให้ใส่ชื่อของเรา ให้ใส่ซะให้เรียบร้อยก่อนครับ (เปลี่ยนทีหลังได้) จะใช้ภาษาไทยหรืออังกฤษก็ได้ แต่ถ้าไม่แน่ใจว่า เครื่องที่เราจะติดต่อด้วย ได้ติดตั้งภาษาไทยไว้หรือเปล่า ก็ให้ตั้งชื่อเป็นอังกฤษไว้จะปลอดภัยกว่าครับสังเกตว่า ปุ่ม X จะจางๆไว้ เพื่อเอาไว้รับส่งข้อความได้ตลอดเวลา ทำได้เพียงย่อลงมาไว้ที่ทาสก์บาร์เท่านั้นครับ ถ้าจะเลิกใช้จริงๆค่อปิดอีกที เวลาที่ย่อไว้แล้ว หากจะเปิดขึ้นมา ก้เพียงคลิกครั้งเดียว ก็จะเห็นหน้าจอนี้อีกครั้งลองกดปุ่มกระดาษเปล่าปุ่มแรกเลย จะเห็นหน้าจอนี้ครับด้านซ้ายมือนั่นละ รายชื่อต่างๆ รวมทั้งตัวเราด้วยที่ลงโปรแกรมไว้ ถ้าไม่แน่ใจ หรือมีการติดตั้งในเครื่องอื่นๆเพิ่มเติมทีหลัง ก็สามารถกด Refresh ได้ด้วยครับการใช้งานก็ไม่มีอะไรซับซ้อนครับ (ที่ซับซ้อนกว่านี้ก็มี เช่น รับไฟล์ส่งไฟล์ ฯลฯ แต่ผิดวัตถุประสงค์ครับ เลยไม่ได้โหลดมาลง) คือเลือกชื่อคนทางด้านซ้าย จะคนเดียว หรือหลายคนก็ได้ เลือกตัวเราด้วยก็ได้ แล้วก็พิมพ์ข้อความที่ต้องการทางช่องขวา แล้วกด Send โปรแกรมจะแสดงความคืบหน้าในการส่ง พร้อมทั้งได้ยินเสียงเมื่อส่งได้สำเร็จ หากส่งไม่สำเร็จ ก็จะแสดงข้อความ Error ออกมาให้เห็นครับเมื่อมีใครส่งข้อความมา เราก็จะได้ยินเสียง กรอบข้อความก็จะเด้งขึ้นมาให้อ่าน ถ้าจะตอบ มีให้เลือกทำ 4 อย่างครับ1. กดรูปคน โปรแกรมจะขึ้นกรอบให้พิมพ์ข้อความ โดยเลือกส่งไปยังเจ้าของข้อความที่ส่งมานี้2. กดกระดาษขาว โปรแกรมจะไม่เลือกคนไว้ให้ก่อน3. กด 3 เหลี่ยมเล็กๆหลังรูปคน เพื่อเลือกข้อความที่โปรแกรมเตรียมไว้ให้ (เราสามารถเข้าไปเพิ่มเติมได้)4. กด _ เพื่อย่อโปรแกรมลงมา ไม่ตอบข้อความใดๆ (ไม่แนะนำนะ หากไม่ว่างจริงๆให้ไปปรับ Status แทนนะครับ)ปุ่มกากบาทสีแดง เอาไว้ลบข้อความเก่าๆทิ้งครับ และเรายังสามารถเข้าไปปรับแต่งคุณสมบัติต่างๆเพิ่มเติมได้ ทาง Preferences ด้วย เช่นขนาดตัวอักษร และแนะนำว่า ให้เลือกข้อ keep OfficePopup window on top of other programs เพื่อให้เวลามีข้อความเข้า จะได้ลอยเด่นออกมาเหนืองานที่เรากำลังทำอยู่ครับโปรแกรมนี้ ผมลองใช้กับ WindowsXP และ Windows 2003 ปรากฏว่าใช้งานภาษาไทยได้ถูกต้องดี ส่วนกับ Windows 2000 ยังมีปัญหาเล็กน้อยครับ หมดเรื่องแล้วมั้ง...ไปละ สวัสดีครับผมเพิ่มเติม : ตรงนี้เขียนเพิ่มทีหลังครับ คือหลังจากที่ผมทดลอง officePopup แล้ว ก็ได้โหลดเอา Tonic มาทดลองด้วยอีกตัวนึง ปรากฏว่า ตัวหลังนี่โดนสุดๆครับ ติดตั้งง่าย ใช้งานง่าย ลูกเล่นพอประมาณ น่าใช้มากๆ จนผมต้องเอามาใช้แทน RealPopup เลยละครับ ตามไปดูกันได้ ที่นี่ หรือ ที่นี่ ครับผม.
